How we handle the names and charts you send
This notice describes personal data processed when you write to Byte Canvas Core, sit in the Bangkok classroom, or browse this website.

What we collect
From the contact form: name, email, the seat you asked about, the month you can attend, a short description of how you read a chart, and your message. If you request a written review, we also receive the chart images you attach. In the room we keep an attendance list and homework with your name so that we can return comments. We do not ask for broker passwords, national identification numbers, or account balances, and you should not send them.
Why we use it
We use enquiry data to answer you and to judge whether a classroom, weekend, walkthrough, or written review is the honest next step. We use attendance and homework to teach. We use a cookie, if you accept analytics, to see which notes are read, as described in the cookie notice. Legal bases under our practice are: taking steps toward a training contract, performing that contract, our legitimate interest in running a small classroom safely, and consent where we place non-essential cookies.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are deleted after twelve months. Confirmed students’ attendance lists and homework comments are kept for three years after the last sitting so that we can confirm a completion letter if you ask. Chart images sent for review are deleted ninety days after the comments are sent, unless you ask us to keep them for a later mentoring sitting. Cookie identifiers follow the durations in the cookie table.
Who else sees it
Arun Wongchai and Malee Srisuk read student charts. A Thai accounting provider may see names and amounts paid for seats. Hosting for this website may process technical logs. We do not sell lists of students. We do not pass charts to signal vendors.
International transfers
If you write from outside Thailand, your message is received in Bangkok. Email and hosting may store copies on servers in other countries. Where that happens, we rely on the provider’s appropriate safeguards and on the fact that you chose to send the message. You may instead telephone +66 6622249155 and visit the address above.
Your rights
Subject to Thai personal data law, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may withdraw cookie consent without losing access to lesson pages. To make a request, email hello@bytecanvascore.digital. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee in Thailand.
Children
The classroom is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
