Refunds
If a seat cannot be used
These rules apply to training seats at Byte Canvas Core. They do not describe shop returns, shipped goods, or subscriptions, because we do not sell those.

Eligibility
Refunds are available for seats you have paid for and cannot use, subject to the time limits and exceptions below. A deposit holds a classroom chair; it is not a separate product. We refund by the same bank-transfer route you used, in Thai baht.
Classroom (eight weeks)
Cancel in writing more than fourteen days before the first Tuesday and we refund the amount paid minus a THB 1,500 administration charge. Cancel between fourteen days and the first night and the THB 8,000 deposit is kept; any balance above the deposit is returned. After the first night, unused remaining weeks are not refunded, because packs are printed and the chair cannot be refilled mid-cohort. If we cancel a cohort before it starts, you receive a full refund including the deposit.
Weekend intensive
Full refund if you cancel more than seven days before Saturday. Inside seven days we refund fifty percent unless we fill the chair from the waiting list, in which case we refund in full minus THB 500. After Saturday morning has begun, the weekend is not split or refunded.
Mentoring sittings
Reschedule once without charge if you give forty-eight hours’ notice. Inside forty-eight hours the sitting is forfeited unless Malee or Arun is ill, in which case we move you at no charge. Missed sittings without notice are not refunded.
London-open walkthroughs
These afternoons are eight chairs and cannot be stored. Cancel more than twenty-four hours ahead for a full refund. Inside twenty-four hours, or a no-show, there is no refund. If we cancel because Arun cannot attend, you receive a full refund or a move to the next afternoon with a chair.
Written chart reviews
If you have not yet sent charts, you may cancel for a full refund. After charts arrive, work has started: we complete the comments and do not refund. If we decline a pack (signals, cropped screenshots, vendor watermarks) before work starts, we do not charge. If comments are more than four working days late, you may choose a refund of that pack instead of waiting.
Deposits, no-shows, work already started
Classroom deposits are applied to the seat. They become non-refundable inside fourteen days of the first night, as above. A no-show for a visit chair on Thursday is not charged because visits are not prepaid. Work already started includes printed Monday packs, a mentoring hour that has begun, and review comments already drafted.
Materials
Bound chart packs and workbooks prepared for a cohort are not bought back. If you fall ill with a doctor’s note covering four or more classroom nights, we will offer a place in a later cohort for the unused weeks rather than cash, because the printed material is dated.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds leave our account within ten working days. You see them according to your bank. We do not refund in cash at the door. We do not refund onto a card we never charged.
Exceptions that actually apply here
If flooding or a building closure prevents us from opening, we move nights; if we cannot move them within a month, unused classroom nights are refunded pro rata. We do not refund because a London session failed to pay a student. We do not refund because homework was marked strictly.
