Terms for sitting in the classroom and using this site
These terms apply to visits to bytecanvascore.digital and to lessons, reviews, and walkthroughs offered by Byte Canvas Core in Bangkok.
By using this website or reserving a seat you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not send a reservation and do not attend. We may update this page; the version on the date you reserve a seat is the version that applies to that seat.
Who we are
Byte Canvas Core teaches technical analysis for forex price action from 363 Mungkorn Road, Bangkok, Bangkok, 10100, Thailand. Contact: hello@bytecanvascore.digital and +66 6622249155. We are a training room. We are not a broker, a fund, or an investment adviser.
The offer
Classroom nights, mentoring sittings, weekend intensives, London-open walkthroughs, and written chart reviews are educational. Nothing on this site is an instruction to buy or sell a currency pair. Past markup on a wall chart is not a forecast. Completion letters record attendance and homework, not trading results.
Reservations
A seat is held only after we confirm by email and, where a deposit applies, after the deposit arrives. Until then, dates on this site are informational. We may refuse a reservation if you cannot already place an order, if you request signals, or if a cohort is full.
Your conduct in the room
Live order tickets stay closed. You may not record walkthroughs. You may not present our commentary as a signal to a third party. Harassment of other students ends the seat without a further lesson. Phones in the tray during walkthroughs are a condition of that seat.
Intellectual property
Chart packs, workbooks, whiteboard photographs taken for your notebook, and the text of this website remain our material. You may keep your own marked copies for personal study. You may not copy packs for a group we have not admitted, sell our sentences as a course, or train a model on the homework comments. Student journals remain the student’s, except that comments we write on them may be quoted anonymously when we improve a lesson.
Website
Pages may change. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted. Quotes of rates are informational and not an offer that can be accepted by clicking. Forms on this site send a mock acknowledgement for demonstration of the page; a real reservation still requires our emailed confirmation.
Liability
Forex trading can lose money, including more than a student intends if they use leverage with a broker we do not control. We are not liable for trading losses, missed sessions caused by traffic or illness (beyond the refund rules), or decisions you take after reading a note on this site. To the extent Thai law allows, our liability for a paid seat is limited to the amount you paid for that seat. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, where such exclusion is not permitted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from a seat or from this website, without prejudice to any rights you may have as a consumer under mandatory Thai law.
